Common Questions
What if I make a mistake? Can I delete a project and get my ‘slot’ back?
A project is counted toward your limit when you click “Create Brand Insight” in Step 1. While this action can’t be reversed to return the project, we’ve designed the platform so you can easily correct and refine your work. You can manually edit the Step 1 output, and freely delete and regenerate your Step 2 (Audience) and Step 3 (Personas) outputs as needed.
Can I change my plan later?
Once you select a plan, you can add additional projects at any time with project pack add-ons. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual).
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, since our plans are not subscription based, you can also wait until your unused projects expire at the end of the 12-month period. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
What exactly counts as one “project”?
A project is officially counted against your plan’s limit as soon as you click the “Create Brand Insight” button in Step 1 to begin your brand research.
What do you mean by “unlimited users”?
It means you can invite your entire team to collaborate at no extra cost. The Team Administrator can add an unlimited number of members and assign one of two roles to manage their permissions:
Team Administrator: Full access to create, edit, and delete projects, plus complete access to all account settings and billing.
Editor: Can create, edit, and delete projects, but cannot access account or billing settings.
Who is the ‘Custom’ plan for?
The Custom plan is a fully customizable solution for busy teams or larger organizations whose requirements exceed our standard plans. This typically includes needs for custom project volumes, bespoke data integrations, advanced security, or dedicated account support.
